{October 27, 2009}   Miss132 – Day 6

Whoa! This online account of my daily eating habits has been very helpful! I’m officially a carboholic. Do they have a rehab place for that?

Breakfast was one roll leftover from the takeout salad last night (100) plus one liquid egg (30) plus tomato slice. total=130

Lunch- a pumpkin cream cheese muffin from Starbucks (430) plus a grande skinny cinnamon dulce latte (130) = 560

Afternoon snack – two slices of Oroweat Light Wheat bread (80) plus Smart Balance peanut butter 1/2 tbsp (100) = 180

Dinner – spinach salad w/tomato and baby corn plus raspberry vinagrette (50) plus two tofu hot dogs (90) plus two more slices of Oroweat Light bread (80) = 230

Dessert – one sliver of pumpkin/yogurt/gram cracker crust = 50

Total for day = 1150

really? that’s all. something seems wrong here because I feel like i ate too much. Maybe it’s just 1150 wrong calories. And again, no fruit. Geez how many days have I not had a piece of fruit?

Exercise – 3 mile walk. interspersed with a few sprints, maybe 5 minutes worth.

{October 26, 2009}   Day 4 – pm

I was able to ward off the temptation of going for a coffee by cleaning the house. Glamorous? No. Calorie burning? Yes.

tonite was pretty good.

Have you tried the tofu noodles from the brand House Foods? They are Hungry Girl approved for those familiar with the Hungry Girl. I had the spaghetti noodles for dinner (40). with red clam sauce (100), mushrooms and delicious butterflied shrimp from Trader Joe’s (80) sauteed in some lower fat butter from the brand Balade (50).  My one vice for the moment – Diet Coke topped it off.

Total dinner calories: 270

Total for day (so far): 1080

fantastic! I almost think I missed a meal someplace….oh, yes I did, i had another homemade muffin (150).

okay 1230. still excellent calories count for the day!



{October 23, 2009}   Day 2 – lunch

A late morning, early lunch after a 45 minute walk. I returned to last night’s dinner for inspiration, because it was quick and easy. I nuked 2 Smart Dogs (90 cal) plus 2 slices of Trader Joe’s Sprouted Barley bread (140) – yes, have you noticed I have Trader Joe’s bread at almost every meal! I must cut back on the bread.  And the non-healthy, but nice treat of a Diet Coke for a beverage.

LUNCH TOTAL CALORIES: 230

total for day so far: 475

note: must have some healthy veggies for my next meal.
