Had two homemade muffins, I”m guestimating 150 calories each (300). Grapefruit juice (300) and One glass of water.
Lunch was a grilled portabello mushroom with a sprinkling of cheese (40) and red peppers and tomato onĀ two slices of Oroweat Light Wheat bread (80) with a little mayo (60). In retrospect I probably could have left off the mayo cause I did have the cheese and also, the mushroom is quite juicy on its own when cooked. and Diet Coke. Total lunch is 180 – not bad!!!
I’m new to Oroweat in an attempt to cut calories and I can’t say I like the taste. Perhaps I”m accustomed to the higher grain density of the Ezekial brand and Trader Joe’s brand.

I really could have done without the grapefruit juice too! and saved myself 300 calories. Live and learn that’s what this is about.
