{November 10, 2009}   Miss132 – Week 3, Day 6

Let me try to recap (if I remember).

Breakfast – almond milk (40 cal) + 1 P, plus choc. protein powder (100) and 18 grams of P. = 140 cal/19 grams of P

Snack : 2 tbsp of Smart Balance peanut butter. (160) and 7 grams of P

Lunch – spinach salad, 2 grams of P with tomato, artichoke hearts, some crumbled blue cheese (100) + 7 grams of P, raspberry dressing (100) plus carrots, shredded cabbage and polenta (70) plus 2 grams of P (okay this had some carbs in it but let it go….) = 270 cal + 11 grams of P

Dinner – almond milk (40 cal) 1 gram of P + choc. pro. powder (100) and 18 grams of P. plus a handful of soy nuts (140) plus 11 grams of P = 280 cal + 30 grams of Protein

Total for day: 850 calories + 67 grams of Protein

okay, i was over my protein limit again, but its astounding to me that my calorie count is again under 1000 calories.  and i had so much energy, i was active most of the day, productive at work and walked 2 miles after work. we’ll see how the scale is over the next few days.
