{October 29, 2009}   Miss132 – Day 1, Week 2

Scale day. Up two pounds. Yes you heard me. Up two pounds. Well what did we learn from this blog? That too many of my calories come from carbs, I need to up my fruit intake and yes, I should probably spend less time in Starbucks. But I do like to get away from my desk and work somewhere else to cut down on the distractions I have in my office.

So instead of 18 lbs to go, we now have 20 lbs to go. That’s okay. We can do it. (me and my blog are a ‘we’)

Breakfast – one slice of Oroweat bread (40) plus 1 tsp of Smart Balance peanut butter (60) + one glass of grapefruit juice (110) = 210

Going for a two mile walk now. Bye folks.
